Key Responsibilities:

· Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract top-tier talent across all restaurant locations.

· End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and on boarding.

· Bulk Hiring Expertise: Handle large-scale recruitment drives for multiple roles, ensuring staffing needs are met efficiently.

· Candidate Sourcing: Leverage job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels to identify and engage potential candidates.

· Employer Branding: Enhance Burma Burma’s employer brand by creating engaging job advertisements and promoting the company culture across various platforms.

· Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide suitable candidates.

· Interview & Selection: Conduct preliminary screening, coordinate interviews, and facilitate the selection process.

· Recruitment Metrics & Reporting: Maintain and analyse recruitment data to track hiring efficiency and identify areas of improvement.

· On boarding Support: Ensure smooth on boarding of new hires by coordinating with HR and training teams.

EXPERIENCE FROM HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY IS REQUIRED

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
