We Are Looking for a Talent Acquisition & Organizational Development Manager to lead our recruitment strategy and OD initiatives, ensuring we build a high-performing and engaged workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition
    • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business needs.
    • Lead the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
    • Manage and mentor the recruitment team, ensuring best practices and strong employer branding.
    • Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs and build proactive talent pipelines.
    • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and internal policies.
    • Utilize data and analytics to measure recruitment performance and quality of hire.
  • Organizational Development
    • Design and implement OD programs that support growth and change management.
    • Lead competency frameworks, succession planning, and leadership development.
    • Assess organizational needs and design targeted interventions.
    • Oversee performance management systems and ensure alignment with company goals.
    • Lead employee engagement surveys and action-planning initiatives.
    • Foster a continuous learning culture through training and development programs.
  • Strategic HR Partnership
    • Partner with executive leadership on workforce planning and long-term HR strategy.
    • Advise on organizational structure, culture, and transformation initiatives.
    • Lead change management and oversee HR KPIs reporting.

Requirements

    • Bachelor’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 7+ years of HR experience, including 3+ years in TA & OD leadership.
    • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law & HR best practices.
    • Experience managing large-scale recruitment and OD projects.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
    • CIPD/SHRM is a plus.
