We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Officer with 2 years of experience to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing top talent, and supporting employer branding initiatives. You will play a critical role in attracting and retaining the right talent to support the company's growth objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Source and screen candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.).
  • Coordinate and conduct initial HR interviews and assessments.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Schedule interviews, gather feedback, and communicate updates to candidates.
  • Support employer branding strategies and recruitment marketing efforts.
  • Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment, and networking events.
  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience and a positive employer brand image.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and provide data-driven insights to improve processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and job portals.
  • Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
