Ninja is proud to offer a Human Resource position as part of the Tamheer Program, which aims to nurture young talents and provide them with a solid foundation in HR practices. This role is ideal for recent graduates looking to gain hands on experience in the HR field. As a Human Resource Trainee, you will work closely with the HR team to support various HR functions, contributing to the overall success of our workforce strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding activities for new employees, including preparing orientation materials and conducting introductory sessions.
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives and events aimed at fostering team cohesion.
  • Help in the implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Assist with data entry and maintain the HR database for accuracy and completeness.
  • Contribute to various HR projects and assist HR Business Partners as needed.
Requirements
  • Recent graduate with a Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
