This role is part of Alcon's Human Resources function, a team that collaborates across the business to shape company culture, manage talent, align associates to our purpose, and support associate development to help our people and the world see brilliantly.

The Associate, Talent Acquisition (Professional Path), is primarily responsible for managing talent acquisition processes to identify, attract, and hire top talent while ensuring compliance with Alcon policies and legal standards. You will build relationships with potential candidates and optimize recruitment processes. You will be trusted to work on TA processes, policies and compliance while ensuring an exceptional experience to candidates and hiring managers. In this role, a typical day will include:
  • Workday Requisitions monitoring at regular cadence.
  • Conduct regular process checks on candidate dispositioning partnering with RPO
  • Manage all service tickets of Talent Acquisition daily with key focus on employee referral process and rehire eligibility policy. Support countries globally requiring to build referral and rehire policies.
  • Support in managing TA technologies including implementation, integrations and maintenance.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance of GTA landing page (Sharepoint site) and GTA playbook.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance of Beamery – Candidate relationship management tool.
  • Support Talent Acquisition team with reports and data, as required and directed.
  • Contract management in iCertis. Preferred Suppliers and One-off agreements management - coordinating with TA, ensuring that the executed agreements are documented, and the tracker is updated. Maintain non-solicitation list as part of contracts management.
  • Support with invoices and payment working with finance team.
  • Support with Internal TA Audit. Collaborate with TA Ops Manager to review findings with RPO, remediation planning, plan implementation and monitoring
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +8 yrs.; Assoc.+4 yrs.)
  • The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
