Key Responsibilities:

· Sourcing & Recruitment: Identifying and attracting potential candidates through various channels like job boards, social media, and networking events. Must have exposure using LinkedIn for sourcing candidates.

· Screening & Interviewing: Reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.

· Candidate Management: Maintaining candidate databases, tracking progress, and providing regular updates to hiring managers.

· Onboarding: Coordinating with the new hire and HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

· Collaboration: Working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure alignment with company goals.

· Employer Branding: Promoting the company's employer brand to attract top talent.

· Market Research: Staying up-to-date on recruitment trends and best practices.

Skills & Qualifications:

Communication Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with candidates and hiring managers.

Organizational Skills:

Managing multiple recruitment processes and candidate information efficiently.

· Problem-Solving Skills:

Identifying and resolving issues that arise during the recruitment process.

· Technical Skills:

Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.

· Knowledge of HR Practices:

. Understanding the hiring requirements of hiring managers

· Attracting candidates through various channels like social media and professional networks

· Reviewing resumes and screening candidates

· Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers

· Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates

· Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
