Job Mission:

Talent Acquisition Section Head meet aggressive recruiting targets in support of different departments’ recruitment needs.


This includes establishing high-volume sourcing strategies and tactics; implementing and modifying customized interview, testing, and screening tools; and making continuous process improvements to the recruiting process resulting in higher recruiting yields and better quality hires.


TA Section Head monitors recruiting targets daily with Talent Acquisition Manager and acts quickly to troubleshoot obstacles to reach recruitment targets.


Duties & Responsibilities:


Process management: Ensure full end-to-end recruitment process completion as assigned by the Talent Acquisition Manager, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to provide an efficient service, in line with the delivery of the time-to-hire/cost-per-hire KPIs.


Data and reporting: Issues & reviews direct recruitment channels such as job boards, headhunting, professional networking websites as discussed with Talent Acquisition Manager.


Stakeholder collaboration: Partner with HR Business Partners & Head of Functions to understand staffing needs and ensure a consistent and efficient process.


External partnerships : Contact & review contracts with external service providers -if needed-and negotiate rates with external service providers to reflect the budgets of individual departments


• Achieve 100% of assigned hiring goals by executing a Recruitment plan.


Candidate experience: Ensure a positive and seamless experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.


Time Management : Establish metrics for success, set clear daily priorities, and strongly cooperate with the Talent team to meet aggressive hiring goals which could change at any moment.


• Improve the key success metrics associated with hiring goals. These include:

o Cost per Hire (goals will vary by business unit)

o Hiring timeline and time to fill open positions

o Meeting client hiring requirements

o 90-days attrition rate for new hires


Qualifications (Educational Background & Preferred work Experience) :

• Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant discipline.

• Post graduate studies in HR Management will be considered as an asset

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Extensive recruitment experience in a professional environment is required

• Pharmaceutical and/or Manufacturing experience will be considered as an asset

• Minimum of 9-12 years progressive recruitment experience.

• Strong knowledge of Oracle, HRMS, or other applicant tracking system

• Strong influencing, negotiation and consultative skills with an ability to build strong relationships
