1. Talent Sourcing & Recruitment Strategy
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, agencies, and networking.
- Maintain a talent pipeline for critical and frequently hired positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop accurate job descriptions.
2. Selection & Assessment
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates’ suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and technical tests.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the selection process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
3. Offer & Onboarding Coordination
- Support HR in offer preparation, negotiation, and documentation.
- Coordinate with PRO/HR admin for visa processing and joining formalities.
- Conduct onboarding sessions and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
4. Recruitment Analytics & Reporting
- Maintain and update recruitment dashboards and monthly hiring reports.
- Track metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
- Present insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
5. Employer Branding & Talent Engagement
- Support employer branding initiatives, including career fairs, social media, and digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing or HR communications team to enhance the company’s online presence.
- Ensure all recruitment materials align with the company’s image and culture.
6. Compliance & Process Management
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and company recruitment policies.
- Maintain confidentiality and proper documentation of all candidate data.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes for efficiency and fairness.
