Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for real estate agents from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Develop targeted hiring strategies to build a robust talent pipeline that supports company growth and market expansion.
  • Collaborate closely with Brokerage Managers and Sales Leadership to forecast hiring needs and tailor search efforts to team culture and performance goals.

Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development:

  • Actively source high-performing real estate agents using various methods: LinkedIn, referrals, events, job boards, direct outreach, and cold sourcing.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of both active and passive candidates for future opportunities.
  • Create compelling outreach campaigns that communicate Richmond Properties value proposition to experienced agents.

Technology & Reporting:

  • Use the company s ATS and CRM systems to manage candidate data, track performance metrics, and report on recruitment status to the Recruitment Director.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, interview feedback, and follow-up actions.

Brand Representation & Candidate Experience:

  • Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting Richmond Properties as an employer of choice in the real estate market.
  • Ensure a smooth, engaging, and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Represent the company at real estate events, job fairs, and industry networking gatherings.

Market Intelligence & Compliance:

  • Stay informed on real estate hiring trends, commission models, licensing regulations, and competitor talent strategies.
  • Ensure all recruitment practices comply with UAE labor laws, company policies, and data privacy regulations.
