Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and closing candidates.
  • Develop and maintain effective hiring strategies to meet organizational recruitment goals.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Review resumes and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule virtual and face-to-face interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Prepare and share daily/weekly recruitment updates with management.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future requirements.
  • Handle offer roll-out, salary negotiation support, and pre-boarding coordination.
  • Maintain recruitment data, reports, and documentation.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
