Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Teacher Recruitment Specialist to lead and manage end-

to-end recruitment efforts for a fast-growing EdTech startup.

This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for identifying top talent, building strong

pipelines, and supporting broader HR initiatives to enable scalable people operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Be responsible for finding, screening, and hiring qualified music teachers as per our
  • requirement.
  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing of teachers to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build effective hiring
  • strategies.
  • Leverage various sourcing channels, including job portals, social media, employee referrals,
  • and campus hiring.
  • Plan and coordinate orientation and onboarding programs to ensure a smooth candidate
  • experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in both electronic and physical formats.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and market trends to optimize hiring strategies and outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within ed-tech, online

learning, or music/performing arts institutions.

  • Strong understanding of hiring best practices, talent management, and employer

branding, with experience in attracting and onboarding music educators, performers,

and creative professionals.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills to

effectively engage with artists, educators, and internal teams.

  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, agile environment while balancing the

unique requirements of academic, artistic, and operational roles.

  • Passion for music, arts, and education, with an appreciation for the nuances of working

with creative talent.

Good To Have

  • Familiarity with musical instruments, genres, or performing arts disciplines.
  • Prior experience in building and scaling teaching teams for online education platforms.
  • Exposure to global recruitment or working with diverse talent pools across geographies.
  • Strong networking ability within arts and cultural communities to source unique talent.
  • Understanding of digital platforms, content creation, and social media branding to
  • strengthen employer presence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,240.36 - ₹43,531.26 per month
