Dolat Capital is seeking a smart, confident and a result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The Recruiter will play a formative role in building Dolat’s world-class teams from ground up. 70% of the role is into inhouse recruitment and 30% into other HR activities.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for IT & Non-IT roles—from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent across diverse roles.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and teams to ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Conduct HR interviews, handle salary negotiations, and roll out offer letters.
• Manage onboarding, joining formalities, and employment documentation.
• Lead campus hiring initiatives and build strong relationships with universities.
• Support employee engagement activities.

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree from a top institution with strong academics.
• 1–2 years of recruiting experience in fast-paced, tech-focused environments (campus hiring preferred).
• Strong sourcing skills across job boards, referrals, networking, and creative channels.
• Ability to partner with hiring managers and close positions efficiently.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Interest or experience in quantitative/technology roles is a plus.
• A good sense of humor; we appreciate a fun, positive, and collaborative work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
