Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai (Onsite)

Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Work Mode: Monday–Friday (Weekends Off!)

Experience: 1–3 Years In Recruitment

Your Impact at Skillventory:

• Lead the complete hiring lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

• Drive high-quality sourcing via Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine & referrals.

• Manage end-to-end candidate engagement & interview coordination.

• Build strong pipelines for specialized BFSI/NBFC mandates.

• Work closely with hiring managers to shape winning hiring strategies.

• Deliver an exceptional, people-first candidate experience.
