Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, attract qualified candidates, conduct interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for interacting with people.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify suitable candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand job expectations.
• Schedule interviews and maintain timely follow-ups with candidates.
• Manage job postings across multiple platforms.
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Support in onboarding, documentation, and orientation processes.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 0–2 years of recruitment experience (freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of job portals and recruitment tools.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,866.72 - ₹18,000.00 per month
