We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with 3–5 years of hands-on recruitment experience to manage end-to-end hiring and support the growth of our teams. The ideal candidate should be strong in sourcing, screening, coordination, and stakeholder management, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align on hiring expectations.
Build and execute effective sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
Conduct detailed screening conversations to assess skills, experience, and culture fit.
Maintain accurate and updated recruitment trackers, dashboards, and reports.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Support employer branding activities and recruitment campaigns.
Build pipelines for recurring or niche roles and maintain candidate engagement.
Maintain timely communication with hiring panels and follow up on feedback.
Education:
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
3–5 years of Talent Acquisition experience (tech/non-tech based on requirement).
Experience working in high-growth or fast-paced environments.
