Role Purpose

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities. Attract, source and hire qualified talent in line with Innovo workforce plans and organizational culture. The role ensures that vacancies are filled with the right candidates, at the right time and within budget, while providing a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.

Partners closely with business leaders to understand manpower needs, develops effective sourcing strategies and collaborates with the Onboarding team to ensure a smooth transition from “selected candidate” to “joined employee.”

Key Accountabilities

Talent Sourcing & Attraction

  • Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, referrals, etc.) to attract and engage top talent.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles across different industries and geographies.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruitment strategies.

End-to-End Recruitment Process

  • Manage job postings, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews and assessments with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience and ensure timely feedback is given.

Stakeholder & Candidate Management

  • Maintain effective communication with hiring managers, Talent Acquisition team members, and candidates.
  • Advise stakeholders on market trends, best hiring practices, and candidate availability.
  • Ensure a seamless hiring process by coordinating schedules and interview logistics.

Process Improvement & Reporting

  • Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and sourcing effectiveness.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Talent Acquisition function.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records in the SAP Applicant Tracking System and recruitment dashboards.

Innovation & Value Creation

  • Introduce modern tools, technologies and processes that improve efficiency and transparency.

Encourage innovative thinking to enhance outcomes and reduce costs without compromising quality.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment for technical and corporate roles, experience in construction, engineering and real estate roles is preferred.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools, ATS platforms and professional networking sites (LinkedIn, job portals, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent command of English (written and spoken), Arabic is an advantage.

Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
