We are looking for a
Talent Acquisition Specialist
will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across various real estate functions, including sales, leasing, property management, construction, operations, and corporate roles. This role ensures the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent to support business growth in a fast-paced real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Sourcing & Recruitment

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing offers.

Develop strong pipelines for critical real estate roles such as property consultants, sales executives, leasing agents, facility managers, site engineers, brokers, and administrative staff.

Source active and passive candidates through job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and industry events.
2. Candidate Assessment & Hiring Coordination

Conduct initial HR screenings and coordinate technical/functional interviews with hiring managers.

Evaluate candidate suitability based on experience, competencies, and alignment with company culture.

Manage interview scheduling, feedback collection, and final selection processes.
3. Employer Branding

Strengthen the company’s employer brand through recruitment marketing campaigns, real estate career fairs, digital presence, and partnerships with training institutes.

Create engaging recruitment content such as role videos, success stories, and job advertisements.
4. Stakeholder Management

Collaborate closely with department heads, sales leadership, site teams, and HR business partners to understand manpower requirements.

Advise hiring managers on market trends, availability of talent, and competitive compensation insights.
5. Offer Management & Onboarding

Prepare compensation proposals, negotiate offers, and ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.

Work with HR operations to ensure documentation, joining formalities, and induction programs are completed.
6. Recruitment Analytics & Reporting

Track and report recruitment metrics (TAT, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio, etc.).

Maintain candidate databases and ensure compliance with HR policies and local regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).

2–5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in the real estate industry.

Strong understanding of sales-driven hiring, field roles, and real estate job functions.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
