We are looking for a Recruiter with excellent communication skills to work on our global hiring requirements. The recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for the assigned roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective job descriptions and role specifications.
- Source, identify, and attract high-quality candidates using LinkedIn and other identified sources.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR-screening, and coordinate in-person or virtual interviews with hiring managers.
- Evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit to match them with the organization’s hiring needs.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Maintain an active pipeline of candidates for key positions, proactively filling upcoming needs.
- Proactively engage with the offer accepted candidates until their date of joining.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in an in-house or corporate setting.
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Must be willing to work late evenings to align with the CST time zone to work on US hiring requirements.
