    We are looking for a Recruiter with excellent communication skills to work on our global hiring requirements. The recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for the assigned roles.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective job descriptions and role specifications.
    • Source, identify, and attract high-quality candidates using LinkedIn and other identified sources.
    • Screen resumes, conduct initial HR-screening, and coordinate in-person or virtual interviews with hiring managers.
    • Evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit to match them with the organization’s hiring needs.
    • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
    • Maintain an active pipeline of candidates for key positions, proactively filling upcoming needs.
    • Proactively engage with the offer accepted candidates until their date of joining.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred).
    • 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in an in-house or corporate setting.
    • Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
    • Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
    • High level of organization and attention to detail.
    • Must be willing to work late evenings to align with the CST time zone to work on US hiring requirements.
