Now, we’re seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead blue-collar recruitment for our ongoing and upcoming civil, MEP, and villa projects across the UAE.

What You’ll Do
- Manage blue-collar recruitment for construction and contracting divisions — civil, MEP, finishing, and infrastructure trades.
- Coordinate with project managers and site teams to understand manpower requirements and mobilization timelines.
- Identify, evaluate, and maintain partnerships with overseas recruitment agencies and local manpower suppliers.
- Conduct interviews, trade tests, and shortlisting in collaboration with technical teams.
- Oversee visa processing, documentation, and onboarding processes in line with UAE labor laws.
- Maintain accurate manpower databases, reports, and recruitment dashboards through ERP/HRIS systems.
- Ensure timely deployment of candidates and smooth communication between agencies and project sites.
- Stay updated with market trends, trade testing standards, and country-specific recruitment procedures.
Who We’re Looking For
- Talent Strategist: Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment cycles, especially blue-collar and site-based roles.
- Network Builder: Extensive connections with recruitment agencies and manpower suppliers across South Asia.
- Detail-Oriented & Organized: Excellent at managing multiple project requirements, agency follow-ups, and candidate pipelines.
- Strong Communicator: Effective in vendor negotiations, candidate coordination, and interdepartmental collaboration.
- Proactive & Solution-Driven: Able to anticipate manpower needs and take ownership of timely mobilization.
