Talent Acquisition Specialist (5-10 years UAE Experience needed)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with 5–10 years of hands-on recruitment experience in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, sourcing top talent, building strong candidate pipelines, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience aligned with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles across the organization.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using multiple channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, headhunting).
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate technical/department interviews with hiring managers.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions.
  • Ensure all hiring activities comply with UAE labor laws and company policies.
  • Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
  • Draft and publish job postings using effective talent attraction strategies.
  • Manage candidate communication, interview scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and KPIs.
  • Represent the company at career fairs, recruitment events, and networking opportunities.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and enhance candidate experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5–10 years of proven experience in direct recruitment within the UAE.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE job market, hiring trends, and industry-specific talent pools.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portals (NaukriGulf, Bayt, Indeed, etc.).
  • Must know fluent English and HIndi
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Proven track record of closing mid to senior-level positions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in high-volume or specialized recruitment.
  • Knowledge of UAE labor law and visa processes.
  • Certification in HR or Recruitment (CIPD, SHRM, etc.) is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
