Responsibilities

  • Prepare offer letters and employment contracts for selected candidates.
  • Source candidates at all levels and proactively fill positions utilizing a variety of methods including contingency firms, retained search, Internet advertising and sourcing, and employee referrals.
  • Support the development and implementation of organizational policies and procedures, ensuring they align with company goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and process job requisitions from relevant departments, ensuring that recruitment needs are accurately captured and addressed.
  • Define recruitment requirements based on organizational structure and departmental needs to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Anticipate and plan for recruitment needs in accordance with departmental requirements and the overall recruitment strategy.
  • Create the manpower plan and monitor it on monthly bases.
  • Promote job vacancies through various recruitment channels to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates an manage responses to advertisements and forward to concerned departments after short-listing.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the job role requirements and desired competencies.
  • Conduct preliminary telephone interviews to evaluate candidate suitability and fit for the role.
  • Schedule and coordinate interview dates and appointments, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Report on recruitment activities to the HR Manager using recruitment trackers, covering the full recruitment cycle from inception to completion.
  • Conduct exit interviews with departing employees, providing recommendations for improvements based on feedback received.
  • Monitor and analyze employee turnover rates, identifying trends and recommending actions to improve retention.
  • Adhere to all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and instructions, ensuring compliance and promoting a safe working environment.
  • Ensure that employees under your supervision comply with HSE requirements, taking corrective actions as necessary to maintain safety standards.
  • Continuously review and refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency, reduce time-to-fill, and enhance the quality of hires.
  • Establish performance objectives and metrics for team members, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Work with the OD team to develop recruitment campaigns and strategies to fill hard-to-recruit positions.
  • Participate and coordinate career and open days organized by universities and educational institutes.
  • To perform any other duties assigned by his direct supervisor/manager



Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degrees
  • 5 - 8 Years of Experience.
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
  • Manufacturing experience is a must!
