RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment cycle from posting jobs to onboarding
- Advertise job openings on multiple job board platforms
- Screen and select suitable candidates for shortlisting
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments and follow-up communication
- Oversee and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees
- Provide support in employee performance management
- Ensuring compliance with all required documentation
REQUIREMENTS
- 2 years of UAE experience in recruitment
- Experience in construction industry
- Interviewing and Hiring skills
- Strong understanding of UAE labour laws and market hiring trends
- Preferably Tagalog speaker

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
