We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Talent & Strategic Partnership Manager to lead our B2B partnership initiatives, build premium industry collaborations, and manage high-value client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, leadership qualities, and strong experience in lead generation and partnership development.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Partnerships

  • Identify, develop, and manage B2B partnerships with corporates, institutions, and industry bodies.
  • Create and execute partnership strategies to drive business expansion, revenue growth, and brand visibility.
  • Build long-term alliances with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all clients and partners.
  • Maintain strong, trust-driven relationships through proactive communication, timely support, and strategic insights.
  • Understand client needs and align them with business offerings effectively.

Talent & Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with internal HR, Talent Acquisition, and Business Development teams to support partnership goals.
  • Mentor and lead junior team members in relationship-building and communication excellence.
  • Represent the organization at events, webinars, and partnership meetings.

Lead Generation & Business Growth

  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies for onboarding new partners and clients.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities across relevant industries.
  • Prepare proposals, partnership decks, and pitch presentations.

Communication & Coordination

  • Ensure seamless communication between internal teams and external partners.
  • Draft professional emails, proposals, MoUs, and strategic reports.
  • Maintain updated records of partnerships, leads, and client interactions using CRM tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B partnerships, premium client relations, or business development.
  • Strong communication (verbal & written) and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships.
  • Experience in lead generation, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and partnership reporting.
  • Candidates from Management background are encouraged.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
