We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Talent & Strategic Partnership Manager to lead our B2B partnership initiatives, build premium industry collaborations, and manage high-value client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, leadership qualities, and strong experience in lead generation and partnership development.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Partnerships
- Identify, develop, and manage B2B partnerships with corporates, institutions, and industry bodies.
- Create and execute partnership strategies to drive business expansion, revenue growth, and brand visibility.
- Build long-term alliances with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all clients and partners.
- Maintain strong, trust-driven relationships through proactive communication, timely support, and strategic insights.
- Understand client needs and align them with business offerings effectively.
Talent & Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with internal HR, Talent Acquisition, and Business Development teams to support partnership goals.
- Mentor and lead junior team members in relationship-building and communication excellence.
- Represent the organization at events, webinars, and partnership meetings.
Lead Generation & Business Growth
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies for onboarding new partners and clients.
- Research and identify new business opportunities across relevant industries.
- Prepare proposals, partnership decks, and pitch presentations.
Communication & Coordination
- Ensure seamless communication between internal teams and external partners.
- Draft professional emails, proposals, MoUs, and strategic reports.
- Maintain updated records of partnerships, leads, and client interactions using CRM tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B partnerships, premium client relations, or business development.
- Strong communication (verbal & written) and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships.
- Experience in lead generation, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with strong negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and partnership reporting.
- Candidates from Management background are encouraged.
