Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging and differentiated lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to the diverse needs of students.

• Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued, respected, and motivated to learn.

• Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and resources to promote active learning and critical thinking skills development.

• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to support student learning and well-being.

• Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to guide instructional decisions and facilitate academic growth.

• Foster a love for learning and promote positive behavior through positive reinforcement and effective classroom management techniques.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.

• Teaching certification/license (if applicable) and/or relevant teaching experience.

• Strong knowledge of elementary education principles, curriculum frameworks, and best practices.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Dedication to continuous professional development and a commitment to promoting student success.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
