Position: K-4 Classroom Teachers Pool

Location: Rockledge Christian School, Rockledge, FL

Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging, standards-based lesson plans.
• Foster a Christ-centered classroom culture that encourages respect, responsibility, and a love for learning.
• Assess student progress and provide feedback to support academic growth.
• Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and administration.
• Participate in school events, professional development, and team meetings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (required).
• Valid Florida teaching certification (or ability to obtain certification).
• Strong classroom management and instructional skills.
