Teacher's Supervisor - Pune

Work Experience & Skills:

▪ Minimum 1-2 years’ of work experience in the field of IT or teaching.

▪ Knowledge of basic computer (MS Word, MS Excel, Gmail etc.) is a must.

▪ Fluent in any local language. (Marathi)

▪ Excellent people management and strong communication skills (written and verbal) .

▪ Willingness to travel to surrounding areas across schools

▪ Able to build and maintain effective relationships.

▪ Experience in leading a team is preferred.

Responsibilities:

▪ Lead a team of 8 - 10 teachers in the specific program to meet the course objectives.

▪ Ensuring proper functioning of the program in 8-10 schools supported by D-Mart.

▪ Observe class lessons and provide feedback to the concerned teachers.

▪ Collect and validate Data from the classrooms/schools.

▪ Support the Program Associate and Program Manager in conducting training workshops.

▪ Supports the teachers in dealing with issues related to stakeholders

▪ Providing weekly reports about computer labs/libraries to the Program Team.

▪ Facilitating escalation process at ground level.

▪ Communicating and working along with various partners for smooth operation of the computer lab/library

▪ Scheduling by weekly visits to schools for observation and feedback.

▪ Meet HMs and school teachers to understand program impact and issues related to the program.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
