Job Position: Primary and Pre-Primary Teacher
Job Location: Gulistan e Jauhar

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons for pre-primary and primary students.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
• Use creative teaching methods to support academic and holistic development.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to parents.
• Manage classroom behavior and maintain discipline positively.
• Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance and student performance.
• Stay updated on teaching methods, child development, and curriculum trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.) or related field; Montessori certification preferred.
• Experience in teaching pre-primary or primary students.
• Strong knowledge of child development and age-appropriate practices.
• Excellent communication, patience, and creativity.
• Proficiency in classroom management and modern teaching tools.
• Fluency in English.
