The Team Lead – Account Management plays a pivotal role in overseeing a portfolio of restaurant and café partners while leading a team of Account Managers. The primary responsibility is to drive commercial performance, foster strategic merchant relationships, and ensure team excellence in execution. The role demands a balance between individual contribution, team leadership, and cross-functional coordination to deliver exceptional value to partners and support Snoonu’s broader business goals.

🛠 What You’ll Get Your Hands On

  • Team Leadership & Performance Management
  • Supervise and coach a team of Account Managers to deliver on departmental KPIs including NCR, MQI, AOV, Promotions, GMV growth.
  • Conduct structured 1:1s, performance reviews, and training sessions to promote skill development and career progression.
  • Identify underperformance proactively and implement personalized improvement plans.
  • Strategic Partner Engagement
  • Own relationships with high-value accounts, ensuring long-term partnership health and maximizing commercial potential.
  • Oversee partner performance, campaign execution, exclusive item adoption, and order volume uplift through data-driven initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to merchants by providing business insights and recommendations aligned with their goals.
  • Operational Excellence
  • Ensure smooth account operations, collaborating closely with the Vendor Ops and Logistics teams.
  • Resolve merchant escalations in a timely and professional manner, maintaining high service levels and merchant satisfaction.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Act as the key link between Account Management, Marketing, BI, and Operations teams to ensure cohesive and effective execution of campaigns, launches, and strategic projects.
  • Work with BI to monitor performance dashboards and extract insights to improve overall contribution margin and reduce churn.
  • Reporting & Planning
  • Generate detailed weekly and monthly reports highlighting team achievements, gaps, and recommendations.
  • Contribute to quarterly planning and forecasting based on team and portfolio performance.

🧙‍♂️ The Magic You Bring

  • Minimum 4–6 years in Account Management, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
  • Experience in food delivery, tech platforms, e-commerce, or F&B is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership and coaching capabilities
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • High emotional intelligence and team-building acumen
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Looker, Salesforce, and Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities under pressure
