Team Lead - Audit

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Lead – Audit with strong technical expertise and proven leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate should have 5–7 years of experience working in an audit firm, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory position. Proficiency in CaseWare and QuickBooks, coupled with the ability to manage multiple audit engagements in a dynamic onsite environment, is essential. BPO experience will be considered a strong advantage.

Key ResponsibilitiesAudit Planning & Execution

• Lead and manage internal and external audit engagements across a diverse client portfolio.
• Develop audit strategies, risk assessments, and detailed audit plans aligned with IFRS and ISA standards.
• Conduct audit procedures, substantive testing, control reviews, and analytical procedures.

Team Leadership & People Management

• Supervise, mentor, and lead audit teams throughout all engagement stages.
• Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely completion of assignments.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide structured feedback to team members.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance work culture.

Documentation, Review & Reporting

• Review audit working papers in CaseWare for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Prepare audit reports, management letters, and key findings with actionable recommendations.
• Present outcomes to clients and senior stakeholders professionally and clearly.

Client Coordination

• Act as the primary contact for client engagements, ensuring smooth communication and information flow.
• Handle client queries, conduct meetings, and manage expectations throughout the audit lifecycle.
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships.

Technical & Software Expertise

• Advanced proficiency in CaseWare for managing audit documentation and workflows.
• Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks for financial analysis and review.
• In-depth understanding of accounting principles, audit methodology, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of audit experience in a recognized audit firm.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial or team lead role.
• CA / ACCA Finalist.
• Strong command of CaseWare and QuickBooks.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Comfortable with onsite working hours (12:00 PM – 09:00 PM).
• Immediate availability preferred.
• Experience working in a BPO environment will be a strong plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
