We’re hiring a Team Lead to take charge of the entire digital ecosystem of Reborn Skin & Hair Clinics. If you’re someone who can manage multiple projects like an agency lead and drive execution across tech, design, and marketing teams—this role is for you.

What You’ll Lead:

Full ownership of Reborn digital infrastructure (websites, landing pages, CRM, automations).

End-to-end project management across multiple parallel digital initiatives.

Coordination between in-house teams, clinic heads, and external partners.

Performance optimization across SEO, speed, UX, lead flow, and analytics.

Management of hosting, domains, integrations, dashboards, and backups.

Implementation of digital standards, data security, and brand consistency.

What You Bring:

3–7 years’ experience in digital project management or agency-style leadership.

Strong understanding of web tech, automations, CRM platforms, and marketing tools.

Ability to manage multi-functional teams with clarity and accountability.

Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, or fast-moving multi-location brands is a plus.
