Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Develop performance-driven strategies to increase reach, engagement, leads, and conversions.
- Manage paid campaigns for brand building, sales promotions, service offers, and new model launches.
- Ensure campaigns align with OEM guidelines and business objectives.
Social Media Leadership
- Lead social media planning, content ideas, and content calendar management.
- Review and approve posts, stories, reels, and videos to maintain strong brand presence.
- Monitor performance insights and drive continuous improvement.
- Guide the team in community management and audience engagement.
Website, SEO & Lead Flow Management
- Oversee website updates, landing pages, and lead forms to ensure smooth lead capture.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve rankings and organic traffic.
- Coordinate with internal teams and agencies for technical updates.
- Track and ensure timely follow-up and conversion of digital leads by coordinating with sales teams.
Team Collaboration & Leadership
- Lead, train, and support a small digital team to improve output and creativity.
- Work closely with branches, sales teams, and OEM marketing on campaigns and approvals.
- Manage agency relationships for creative and technical support.
Performance Analytics & Reporting
- Track digital KPIs and prepare performance reports for management review.
- Analyze traffic, lead funnel, cost efficiencies, and ROI.
- Provide data-backed recommendations for growth and optimization.
Branding & Creative Oversight
- Supervise creation of promotional materials, customer stories, event coverage, and visual creatives.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communication, Media, or related fields.
- 3–10 years of strong hands-on experience in digital marketing.
- Expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, analytics tools, SEO, and content strategy.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team effectively.
- Strong copywriting and basic design/video editing skills (Canva/Photoshop) preferred.
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and coordination skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
