About The Role

  • Responsible for overseeing food and beverage service on the floor.
  • Making sure the seven-room floor plan and guest preferences are updated.
  • Maintain professional internal/external guest service.
  • Greet the guests, explain the concept, and seat the guest at their preferred table.
  • Provide hands-on support and assistance to colleagues to ensure the highest levels of service and courtesy are provided to guests.
  • Follow all company, safety, and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications.
  • Consistently monitor Food and Beverages being served and service quality, escalating any major problems/complaints to Management
