Team: Process Associates

Role Summary

The Team Leader is responsible for managing Data Process Associates, ensuring SLA compliance, maintaining quality standards, and supporting smooth daily operations through effective training, monitoring, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor team performance and ensure productivity and quality targets are met.
  • Train, guide, and develop team members; provide regular feedback.
  • Prepare daily productivity, quality, and MIS reports.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate and updated.
  • Enforce company policies, security protocols, and confidentiality standards.
  • Maintain a positive and motivated work environment.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Degree/Diploma with 2+ years of team leadership experience.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and people management skills.
  • Knowledge of quality standards and operational processes.
  • Flexible to work in shifts and on public holidays.
  • Ability to adapt to business needs and take on additional responsibilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
