Team Leader/Supervisor (MEP, home automation, HVAC, or ELV)

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dependable team leader/supervisor to join our expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of skilled technicians. Should be technically strong and able to carry out jobs by himself (ie. not only supervise).
• Daily reporting to management.
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems.
• Install new AC systems including indoor and outdoor units.
• Install AC ducting, duct fittings, and AC grills to industry standards.
• Integrate and configure smart thermostats and HVAC controls.
• Lead service jobs, manage installations, and troubleshoot issues independently.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other teams on smart home integrations.
• Guide and support junior technicians as needed.
• Should have electrical and plumbing knowledge
• Knowledge of smart home systems (smart thermostats, WiFi solutions, CCTV, home, lighting control, etc) is an asset.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of team supervision
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in AC installation, diagnostics, maintenance and repair.
• Proven experience installing new AC systems, ducting layouts, and AC grills.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to make independent decisions on-site.
• Valid driver's license preferable.
• Experience working with smart thermostats and home automation systems is a strong advantage.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and communicate clearly with customers.
