Job Description:
GO Crispy is seeking a motivated and versatile Multi-skilled Team Member to join our fast-paced and dynamic restaurant team. This role is perfect for individuals with experience in high-volume quick-service restaurants, where efficiency, teamwork, and excellent customer service are key. You will work across multiple areas including cashiering, customer service, kitchen operations, and food preparation, contributing to an exceptional dining experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly, take accurate orders, and serve food promptly with a friendly attitude.
• Operate cash registers and POS systems efficiently, handling transactions accurately and providing correct change.
• Prepare menu items according to recipes and food safety standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Assist in kitchen operations, including cooking, frying, assembling sandwiches, and food prep tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization across dining, cashier, and kitchen areas.
• Monitor stock levels, assist in inventory management, and restock supplies as needed.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency.
• Address customer questions and concerns professionally, offering recommendations when appropriate.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in fast-food or quick-service restaurants is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling, and customer service etiquette.
• Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
