Job Purpose: Executive - Operations - Advertisement assists in coordinating daily operational activities related to advertising installations. This role focuses on site maintenance, documentation compliance, and performance monitoring while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support seamless execution of advertising initiatives.

Responsibilities

Operational Support and Coordination:

Assist in the daily operations and logistics of advertising installations and projects, ensuring smooth execution of tasks.

Help manage and coordinate project timelines, schedules, and resources effectively.

Quality Assurance

Assist in coordinating regular maintenance and inspections of advertising sites to ensure functionality and compliance with quality standards.

Report issues promptly and collaborate with vendors for timely resolution of maintenance needs.

Documentation And Compliance

Maintain accurate records of operational activities, including site inspections, maintenance schedules, and compliance documentation.

Ensure all operational practices comply with safety regulations and organizational policies.

Resource Management

Assist in managing and allocating resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to ensure that all projects and operations are adequately supported.

Coordinate with various departments to monitor resource utilization, identify any shortages or surpluses, and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.

Performance Monitoring

Track and report on operational performance metrics, providing insights to management for informed decision-making.

Identify areas for operational improvement and assist in implementing effective solutions.

Qualifications

Educational Background:
