Experts Communication is a leading provider of IT and technology solutions to international clients. We are seeking a Tech Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth, expand our client base, and lead business development initiatives.

Role Overview:

As a Tech Business Development Manager, you will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and oversee the end-to-end sales process for our IT and tech solutions. This role requires excellent English communication, strategic thinking, and proven sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, target, and acquire new clients in the tech and IT sector.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored IT solutions for clients.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to close deals.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and opportunities to stay ahead.
• Mentor and guide junior sales staff or BDRs to improve team performance.

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills (mandatory).
• Proven experience in business development, IT/tech sales, or solution selling.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship management skills.
• Target-driven, strategic thinker, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work night shift (7 PM – 4 AM).
• Knowledge of IT solutions, software development, or tech services is highly preferred.
