We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tech Designer to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring our designs are executed accurately from concept through production.

Responsibilities

Partner closely with the Production Manager to maintain and meet all development and production timelines.

Create comprehensive tech packs and manage the full product development cycle—from initial line creation to final pre-production samples.

Communicate daily with factories regarding tech pack updates, revisions, and approvals.

Review, comment on, and approve lab dips, strike-offs, and other development submissions.

Collaborate with the sales team to discuss design concepts, product ideas, and seasonal direction.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field.

Strong understanding of fashion trends, color theory, fabrics, materials, and overall product construction.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

Self-motivated, energetic, reliable, and highly detail-oriented.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in fashion technical design or similar role.
