The Tech Quality Assurance Manager oversees the quality management processes for all telecom infrastructure deployment projects within ADC. This role ensures that all deployments meet technical, regulatory, and organizational standards while driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and project outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality assurance frameworks and methodologies for telecom infrastructure deployment projects.
- Conduct audits and quality checks on project deliverables to ensure compliance with technical specifications and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with deployment teams to address quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of quality assurance processes, audit results, and improvement plans.
- Provide training and guidance to project teams on quality standards and best practices.
- Work closely with vendors and contractors to ensure adherence to quality standards in project execution.
- Prepare and present quality assurance reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications Education
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or related fields.
Experience
- 8+ years of experience in quality assurance or project management roles within the telecom industry.
