ROLE : Integration Lead / Solution Architect

RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as the customer-facing integration lead, driving requirement gathering sessions and preparing integration requirement documents (IRDs) and related technical documentation.
Design, develop, and implement tailored integration solutions using SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCI/CPI, SAP BTP, Boomi and UI5/FIORI.
Leverage experience in SAP-ABAP (preferred) to enhance integration capabilities.
Collaborate with clients to define technical specifications and ensure alignment with business needs.
Conduct operational readiness testing to validate solution performance and compliance.
Estimate effort, plan deliverables, and communicate timelines and risks to stakeholders.
Customize and parameterize integration solutions to meet evolving client requirements.
Ensure timely resolution of issues within defined SLAs, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Monitor integration processes to ensure 100% transaction success rate.
Lead the implementation of new interfaces and perform unit and system integration testing.
Provide post-deployment support and troubleshoot interface-related issues.
Manage multiple concurrent projects across development, testing, and production environments.
Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation for all integrations.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., Strada teams) to deliver customer-centric solutions.
Handle customer micro-management tasks such as prioritization, release coordination, SFTP setup, change requests, and stakeholder meetings.
Proactively identify risks and escalate to relevant stakeholders (SDM, TL) as needed.
Foster strong communication with team leads regarding issues, escalations, and project updates.
Ensure project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
Cultivate strategic partnerships and build long-term client relationships.
Promote transparency and timely communication with key stakeholders.
Encourage knowledge sharing and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Champion the adoption of emerging SAP technologies, especially SAP BTP and cloud integration methodologies.
Mentor and train team members on Boomi, SAP CPI/HCI, and other SAP integration tools.

SKILLS REQUIRED

Proven experience in client-facing roles with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Mandatory hands-on experience with SAP CPI and SAP BTP.
Solid understanding of SAP HCM and SAP-ABAP.
Deep expertise in SuccessFactors integration is essential.
Minimum 12 years of SAP experience, particularly in HR modules.
Completed at least 9 full-cycle SAP integration implementations using Boomi and SAP CPI.
Experience with Boomi is a strong advantage.
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and SAP HANA Cloud Platform.
Working knowledge of web technologies including HTML5, REST APIs, JavaScript, Groovy, and XSLT.
Strong grasp of database management and Java programming.
SAP functional knowledge is a plus.
Agile, adaptable, and collaborative team player.
REQUIRED EDUCATION Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent.
