Position Summary:

We are seeking an accomplished and detail-oriented Procurement Engineer to arrange procurement activities for our projects in all stages. The candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong technical and commercial skills, capable of ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of high-quality materials, equipment, and services. Good negotiation skills.

Work Description:

We are seeking an accomplished Procurement Engineer for a full-time position at our Dubai Headquarters.

As a Procurement Engineer, you will be responsible for:

· Arranging all procurement-related works for all project sites.

· Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments.

· Review project specifications, BOQs, and drawings to develop procurement schedules aligned with project timelines.

· Identify, pre-qualify, and manage a reliable supplier and subcontractor database.

· Negotiate terms, prices, and contracts to achieve best value.

· Ensure all materials and equipment comply with project specs and international standards (e.g., ASTM, ANSI, IEC).

· Review the technical catalogs, fabrication drawings, and prepare the material submittals.

· Maintain accurate procurement records and reports.

· Update management on procurement status, risks, and cost savings achieved.

· Any other related skills.

Requirements:

· Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in Construction Procurements as a Procurement Engineer.

· Knowledge of project specifications and material submittal management.

· Expertise in MS Office, AutoCAD, and strong procurement skills.

· Detail-oriented with strong commercial awareness, technical expertise, and problem-solving skills.

· Strong communication skills with the suppliers and strong management of all procurement activities of the projects.
