Job Summary:

The Technical Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining cable manufacturing machinery to ensure smooth production processes, adherence to quality standards, and the achievement of daily production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

· Operate cable manufacturing machines efficiently and safely.

· Monitor machine parameters and ensure operations run within defined specifications.

· Maintain accurate production records, logs, and reports.

· Coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

· Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and machine performance.

Qualification & Experience:

· Diploma in any engineering or technical field.

· 0–3 years of experience as a Machine Operator / Technical Operator in the cable manufacturing industry (preferred).

Compensation & Facilities:

· PF & ESIC

· Food facility free of cost (Only while on duty)

· Transportation within a 5 km radius

· Company-assisted accommodation (employee will bear the rent)

Note:

This role will be on third-party payroll, and the selected candidate will be deputed at the client location.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
