Job Description

Core Responsibilities

• Gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements from stakeholders with complete clarity.
• Translate business needs into BRDs, FRDs, and user stories for analytics and reporting solutions.
• Perform hands-on data analysis using SQL and Advanced Excel to generate actionable business insights.
• Design, validate, and support dashboards and reports using Power BI / Tableau / Looker.
• Act as a single point of coordination between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure accurate solution delivery.
• Participate actively in UAT, validation, and defect resolution to ensure business acceptance.
• Support analytics on cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
• Prepare executive MIS reports and presentations using PowerPoint with clear data storytelling.
• Ensure proper SDLC documentation, traceability, and change management using Jira / Confluence.
