Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst (Tech BA) to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gathering, analyzing, and translating requirements into clear technical documentation. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams. The position is open to candidates authorized to work in the U.S., with onsite or hybrid options in Dallas, Bellevue, or Atlanta.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications, user stories, and flow diagrams.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Prepare and maintain use cases, process documentation, and functional requirements.
• Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Analyze system impacts and ensure solutions meet business objectives.
• Collaborate with QA teams to validate requirements and ensure quality deliverables.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technology or software development environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent documentation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience working with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
