Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Consultant to enhance oversight and compliance across funding programs by integrating project management, data analysis, and regulatory expertise while leveraging systems like eGrants, SAGE, and IntelliGrants to streamline workflows and ensure adherence. This position will be part-time contract and hybrid in Trenton, NJ .
What You’ll Do
Integrate advanced project management, data analytics, and regulatory compliance expertise to strengthen oversight and accountability across complex funding programs
Connecting program operations, fiscal management, and technology platforms and enhance coordination, streamlines workflows, and improve the client's capacity to achieve funding objectives and meet rigorous reporting requirements
Enhancing oversight and compliance across funding programs
Supporting RFP development, grant award execution, and program performance monitoring
Ensuring compliance with federal and State regulations, such as 2 CFR 200, to minimize audit risk and uphold fiscal integrity
Developing performance dashboards, conducting fiscal and programmatic reviews, and preparing actionable reports for leadership
Leveraging tools like eGrants, SAGE, IntelliGrants, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power BI for tracking, documentation, and reporting
Utilizing Agate Software's IntelliGrants system to administer federal and state funds, ensure compliance, and manage the complete flow of grants from application to closeout
What You'll Need
Required:
At least 5 years of experience with end-to-end administration of federal and state grant programs, including application, review, award, monitoring, and closeout processes
Strong understanding of federal and State grant regulations, particularly 2 CFR 200, to ensure program and fiscal compliance
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, analyze program data, and produce performance reports and dashboards that support decision-making
Skilled in using Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power BI, and related technologies to support document control, reporting, collaboration, and workflow
Ability to translate technical, fiscal, and regulatory information into clear documentation, reports, and recommendations for leadership
Preferred:
Experience with IntelliGrants Core Functions and Modules, including Pre-Award Application, Review & Award, Post-Award Administration, Payments & Compliance, and Closeout
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor

The pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education.
