We are seeking a motivated Technical Documentation Engineer to join our team as an intern, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role.

As a Technical Documentation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation for our software products and projects.

This position offers hands-on experience in documenting complex technical concepts and processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the success of our projects.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to understand technical requirements and product functionalities.
• Create clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation including user manuals, API documentation, release notes, and developer guides.
• Organize and maintain documentation repositories, ensuring documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and verify technical details.
• Assist in quality assurance by reviewing documentation for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving documentation processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using documentation tools such as Markdown, Microsoft Office, Git or similar version control systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and processes related to technical documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with documenting software applications, APIs, or technical projects.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Basic understanding of programming languages.
