Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead new IT projects and Change Requests (CRs) from initiation to delivery.
  • Evaluate vendor proposals (RFPs) and provide technical recommendations.
  • Review and recommend architecture and technologies for projects.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor project progress.
  • Prepare and execute SIT test cases; support UAT and end-user testing.
  • Track, troubleshoot, and resolve project-related issues.
  • Plan, review, and analyze performance testing; provide troubleshooting and fix recommendations.
  • Handle data migration activities if required.
  • Prepare comprehensive project documentation.
  • Provide test support for service applications.

Key Interactions:

  • Vendors: Technical coordination for project and CR implementation.
  • All Departments/Sections: Coordination for implementation of new projects and CRs.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT with application development, support, and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Waterfall and Agile).
  • Knowledge of ITMS and ITIL frameworks.
  • Professional certifications are preferred.

Primary Skills:

  • Strong Oracle SQL & PL/SQL (procedures, functions, packages, triggers).
  • Build ETL pipelines using PL/SQL (merge, update, insert, staging logic).
  • Data extraction, transformation, and cleansing using PL/SQL scripts.
  • Design staging tables, delta logic, and error handling in Oracle.
  • Experience loading data into Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Understanding of CRM entities, GUIDs, lookups, and relationships.
  • Data quality, deduplication, and reconciliation.
  • API integrations (REST/OData).
  • Documentation, data mapping, and coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with JSON, XML, CSV transformations.
  • Basic DevOps knowledge for versioning and deployment.

Secondary Skills:

  • Exposure to Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) for orchestration.
  • Knowledge of Dataverse schema and metadata.
  • Basic understanding of Azure ADF / Logic Apps.
  • CRM configuration (entities, fields, option sets).

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, punctual, dedicated, and responsive.
  • Strong team leadership and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RO500.000 - RO1,000.000 per month
