Technical Manager – Medical Disposable Manufacturing

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to lead and oversee all technical operations in our medical disposable manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production technology, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards, optimizing processes, and supporting the development of new products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all technical aspects of the factory, including production, maintenance, and process improvement.
• Ensure manufacturing operations comply with ISO 13485, GMP, and SFDA (Saudi Food and Drug Authority) requirements.
• Lead troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives to increase production efficiency and product quality.
• Supervise technical and engineering teams; provide training and performance guidance.
• Collaborate with R&D and QA/QC teams on product development and validation of new production lines.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs for machinery and equipment.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for technical support and spare parts.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and performance analyses.
• Support management in budgeting, cost control, and resource planning.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or Biomedical Engineering (master’s preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in medical disposables manufacturing (e.g., syringes, gloves, catheters, IV sets, etc.).
• Proven track record in factory technical management or engineering leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 13485, GMP, and SFDA compliance.
• Experience with automated production lines and injection molding is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient in English; Arabic is a plus.
