ABANA Enterprises Group Co. is seeking a Technical Project Manager, you'll take ownership of software implementation and integration projects for our external customers. You'll be the central point of coordination across customers, internal stakeholders, and third-party vendors — ensuring every project is delivered on time, within scope, and with high customer satisfaction.
Duties/Core Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of software projects for external clients

Own the project lifecycle: scoping, planning, execution, risk management, delivery, and post-delivery support

Act as the main point of contact for customers, keeping them informed and engaged throughout

Collaborate closely with the internal Professional Services team to ensure product-specific expertise is utilized

Coordinate and manage deliverables from vendors or external tech partners

Identify and mitigate project risks and issues early

Prepare and maintain project documentation (timelines, status reports, etc.)

Facilitate regular internal and external project meetings

Escalate issues as needed, keeping internal stakeholders updated

Ensure a smooth handoff to Support or Customer Success post-deployment
Requirements
Education and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Experience
5+ years of experience in technical project management or customer-facing delivery roles.
