We are looking for a proactive and skilled Technical Recruiter who can handle end-to-end recruitment for technical roles while also supporting core HR functions. The ideal candidate should understand tech stacks, hiring funnels, employee relations, onboarding, and basic HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Technical Recruitment
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for technical roles (Blockchain developers, engineers, DevOps, product, designers, etc.).
- Evaluate technical skills through initial assessment, resume screening, and coordinating technical tests.
- Manage interview scheduling with hiring teams and maintain candidate pipelines.
- Use job portals, LinkedIn, and social media for active & passive candidate sourcing.
- Coordinate with internal teams to define job requirements and role expectations.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards and weekly hiring reports.
HR Operations
- Handle onboarding processes including documentation, joining formalities, and induction sessions.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HRMS updates.
- Support performance evaluation cycles and employee engagement initiatives.
- Address basic HR queries and assist in policy communication.
- Assist in drafting offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
- Support payroll inputs and exit formalities when required.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (1–3 years) as a Technical Recruiter or HR Executive.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and hiring trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work independently.
- Familiarity with HRMS tools, ATS, and recruitment platforms.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of software development processes and tools.
- Experience in fast-paced startup or tech company environments.
- Certification in HR or Talent Acquisition is a plus.
